$385.00This is a once off Set up fee, payable upon signing our Broker Service Agreement.

Additional Fees
SMSF Applications
From $150.00This is charged additional to the Processing Package FeeComplex Applications
From $100.00A Complex deal fee can be applied for several reasons, whether it be complex because of a Trust or Company, number of security properties, but also can be applied due to the quality of the information provided by the broker for the application. This is charged additional to package fee and can be charged upon receipt of application or once processor has started pre-submissionUrgent Lodgement - Business Hours
From $100.00The file will be picked up same day or next business day **subject to capacity. Charged additional to package fee.Urgent Lodgement - Out of Business Hours
$200.00For Urgent request received requiring work Out of Business hours ie. after 5pm Monday - Friday or Weekends **subject to capacity. Charged additional to package fee.Cloning of Existing Applications
For resubmission with only minor amendments, clones will be charged at 50% of the submission portion only. An application is considered a clone if The application has been previously lodged by iLL. The Application is to be resubmitted within a maximum of three weeks from the initial submission. An application will not be considered a clone if any new supporting documents need to be verified. If applicable, the tracking of the selected processing package will be charged at the standard rate with no discount.- **All Prices are +GST**

Please note that if the application is withdrawn or declined after submission your will be invoiced in accordance to the amount of work completed by your processor.
Our invoice terms are strictly 7 days from receipt of invoice.
Please note failure to pay invoices in a timely manner, may result in us no longer accepting new applications or stopping work on inflight applications.
